Rhino Scores 4 Telly Awards With The Wumblers

Premier VFX, design and animation house Rhino partnered with Gravity, are pleased to announce that the acclaimed animated TV series, The Wumblers, is the recipient of four prestigious Telly Awards for excellence in children’s television, executive produced and creative directed by Rhino’s North American CEO Zviah Eldar. Stardust Creates Environment For J-Power

In cooperation with Japanese production company Kirameki, bicoastal U.S. creative production company Stardust Studios recently produced two HD spots for Tokyo’s Electric Power Development (J-POWER) through the creative team at McCann Erickson Japan. The two HD :30 spots entitled “Global” and “Environment” directed by Stardust’s founder and creative director Jake Banks began airing in April in Japan, where they will continue to run for the next year.

“The main focus of these spots was to show that J-POWER creates energy and makes everything possible for daily life,” Banks explained. “One was an environmental spot, and the other was a global spot that speaks to the industries, businesses, infrastructures and everything that the company powers.”

Larry The Cable Guy Gets Royale Treatment For Comedy Central

Motion design & production house Royale was called upon by COMEDY CENTRAL to create some fun and glitz for the show open for the “COMEDY CENTRAL Roast Of Larry The Cable Guy.”

The tattoo art-inspired sequence is driven by country boy heraldry including symbolic translations of the American flag, hunting and wildlife. Behind a dazzling array of arena rock lighting, the sequence opens with a sexy close-up of a bass fish tattoo emblazoned on a woman’s lower back bearing the Cable Guy’s trademark catch-phrase “Git ‘R Done.” As the tattoo-adorned Larry flexes his muscles and vaunts Dixieland’s finest, we’re introduced to Roast Master Lisa Lampanelli and the diverse cast of celebrity roasters including Warren Sapp, Gary Busey, Jeff Foxworthy and Toby Keith.
